Legal basis
Under Article 15 of Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP dated 30 June 2026 detailing a number of articles of the Law on E-Commerce, an e-commerce platform with online ordering that provides services used directly on the platform must publish a policy on how the service is provided, covering at least:
- Service duration, suitable electronic devices, and the number of devices allowed to be used at the same time.
- A specific description of how the service is used and its main features.
- Notice of limitations during use (if any).
Haohin (haohin.com) falls under clause 1 of Article 15 above: the platform offers online ordering and provides an online Chinese-learning service used directly on the platform. This policy discloses all three required groups of information and applies together with Haohin's Terms of Use, Payment Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Service provided: Haohin is an online Chinese-learning platform delivered as digital content for self-study. Learners use the haohin.com website directly to study, listen, practise speaking and track progress. Haohin does not sell physical goods and does not run live classes with a teacher. The service is access to a library of digital lessons (vocabulary, dialogues, review exercises, audio, pronunciation tools) for the duration of the purchased plan.
2. Policy on how the service is provided
a) Service duration, suitable electronic devices, and the number of devices allowed to be used at the same time
Service duration
Free account:
- The account itself has no time limit.
- Free access to the first 3 lessons of the 365-lesson roadmap and the first lesson of each specialized topic.
Premium plans (full access):
- 1 month: 30 days, VND 149,000
- 3 months: 90 days, VND 349,000
- 6 months: 180 days, VND 599,000
- 12 months: 365 days, VND 899,000
General rules on duration:
- The period runs continuously from the moment payment is confirmed by the system, regardless of how often you sign in.
- Payment is one-time per plan. Haohin does not auto-renew and there are no recurring charges.
- If you buy a new plan while the current one is still active, the time is added on top; no remaining time is lost.
- All prices include tax; there are no other fees.
- When a plan expires, the account returns to the free tier and your learning progress and review data are kept.
Suitable electronic devices
- Devices: desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet.
- Access: directly in a web browser; no app installation required.
- Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, Coc Coc… released within the last two years, with JavaScript enabled.
- Connection: a stable Internet connection, 2 Mbps or more recommended.
- Accessories: speakers or headphones for audio; a microphone for the pronunciation practice and scoring feature.
Number of devices allowed at the same time
- One account may be signed in on up to 02 (two) devices simultaneously.
- Signing in from a third device will be rejected. You can go to Profile → Devices to remove an old device and sign in again.
- Sign-in sessions expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity; you will then need to sign in again. Haohin may adjust this period and will publish it on this page.
- The account is for one learner. Selling, renting or sharing accounts with others is prohibited.
b) Specific description of how the service is used and its main features
Steps to use the service
- Go to haohin.com and create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google.
- Try the first 3 roadmap lessons and the first lesson of each specialized topic before paying.
- Open the Pricing page, choose a plan and pay by bank transfer or through the online payment gateway.
- Once payment succeeds, Premium access is activated automatically on the account you registered with. If you have paid but access is not activated after 15 minutes, contact Haohin at hello@haohin.com or 0332 173 313 for support.
- Study directly on the website. Progress, review results and pronunciation history are saved to your account and available on any signed-in device.
Main features of the service
- A 365-lesson roadmap of conversational Chinese, studied lesson by lesson, with audio and exercises.
- Specialized Chinese for many industries: factory, travel, accounting, import-export, garment, hotel, business, HR, construction, information technology, medical, restaurant, finance and banking, customs and more. Each lesson contains 15 vocabulary items with audio, 12 dialogue turns and 15 review questions.
- AI pronunciation practice and scoring: record in the browser, compare with the model audio and receive a score from 0 to 100 with feedback.
- Spaced-repetition review plus progress and streak tracking.
- Reference tools: a pronunciation chart with 21 initials, 35 finals and 5 tones, and 125 grammar patterns.
- Guides and articles about learning Chinese.
How the service is delivered
The service is provided online, right after payment confirmation: the system unlocks the content on the buyer's account. Haohin ships no physical goods, does not deliver lesson files and does not provide downloadable materials.
c) Notice of limitations during use (if any)
- An Internet connection is required. The service does not work offline and does not provide downloadable lesson or audio files.
- Pronunciation scoring requires microphone permission. If you decline it, you can still study other parts but cannot use the speaking practice.
- Rate limits on scoring prevent abuse: up to 12 scoring requests per minute per IP address and up to 2 concurrent requests system-wide. During peak times you may see a busy message; please try again shortly.
- Pronunciation scores are computed by AI and are indicative only, for practice purposes. They are not certificates or results with legal value.
- Premium content stays locked until payment succeeds. When a plan expires, lessons outside the free scope are locked again.
- Very old browsers or JavaScript disabled may prevent some features from displaying or working correctly.
- Some features rely on third-party services such as the AI pronunciation model and text-to-speech. These may be temporarily slow or unresponsive; Haohin will fix such issues and they are not counted against the user.
- The system may be briefly interrupted for maintenance and upgrades. For long interruptions affecting plan duration, Haohin will notify in advance or extend the period accordingly.
- No commercial use: you may not resell access, copy or redistribute content, or automatically scrape Haohin data.
- The 2-device limit in section a) above applies. Account sharing may lead to suspension of the account.
- The service is a self-study tool and does not guarantee any specific learning outcome or exam score; results depend on your study time and method.
3. Additional disclosures
Haohin does not provide a "book first, use later" service at a physical point of sale, so clause 2 of Article 15 does not apply. The information below is published additionally so users and regulators can cross-check the full picture.
Conditions and manner of use
The service is used entirely online on haohin.com. Users do not need to visit a point of sale or present documents.
Conditions: a free Haohin account and an Internet connection. Paid content requires a successfully purchased plan.
Manner of use: sign in and study directly on the platform, on up to 02 devices at the same time.
Service duration
As in section a) above: the free account has no time limit; Premium plans run for 30, 90, 180 or 365 days from successful payment, are not auto-renewed, and additional purchases add time on top.
Conditions for change, cancellation and any additional charges
- Changing or extending a plan: you may buy another plan at any time; the time is added on top of the remaining period. Haohin charges no switching fee.
- Cancellation: you may stop using the service at any time. Because Haohin does not charge periodically and does not auto-renew, stopping incurs no fee and requires no cancellation procedure.
- Cancelling a transaction or requesting a refund: handled under Haohin's Refund Policy at haohin.com/pages/chinh-sach-hoan-tien. Send requests to hello@haohin.com with the transaction details; Haohin will check the refund conditions and the actual status of the transaction. Where the law provides a longer deadline or a more favourable refund right for consumers, the law prevails.
- Additional charges: Haohin charges nothing beyond the published plan price, tax included. Fees set by banks, payment gateways or currency conversion, if any, are set by those providers and are not collected by Haohin.

4. Rights and obligations of users
- Full use of the purchased content during the plan period.
- Support when technical issues occur.
- Provide accurate registration details, keep your password secure and do not share your account.
- Comply with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Effect and updates
This policy takes effect on the issue date shown above and is published at haohin.com. When the method of service provision changes, such as duration, devices, number of concurrent devices, features or limitations, Haohin will update this page. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email.
