This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, payment processing procedures, transaction confirmation, and related terms applicable to purchases of paid learning plans and digital services offered through Haohin.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Payment Policy, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Haohin currently supports the following payment methods:

1.1 Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is primarily available to customers in Vietnam.

Payment instructions, including the bank account details or QR payment information, will be provided during the checkout process or through an official Haohin payment channel.

Before making a transfer, customers should verify:

  • Recipient name
  • Bank name
  • Bank account number
  • Payment amount
  • Transfer reference or payment description, where required

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information entered is correct.

Haohin will never ask customers to provide online banking passwords, PINs, OTP codes, or similar banking authentication credentials.

1.2 PayPal

PayPal is available primarily to international customers.

When PayPal is selected, customers may be redirected to or interact with PayPal's payment environment to complete the transaction.

PayPal processes the payment independently in accordance with its own terms, policies, security procedures, and applicable regulations.

2. Prices and Currency

The applicable price of each Haohin learning plan will be displayed before the customer confirms the purchase.

Depending on the customer's location and selected payment method, prices may be presented or processed in different currencies.

Customers should review the final amount and currency displayed before authorizing payment.

Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate and any currency conversion charges may be determined by PayPal, the customer's bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.

For example, PayPal states that its transaction exchange rate may include a currency conversion spread.

Haohin is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or currency conversion charges imposed independently by a bank, PayPal, card issuer, or other payment provider.

3. Payment Process

The standard purchase process is as follows:

  • Select a Haohin learning plan.
  • Review the plan, access period, price, and applicable terms.
  • Select an available payment method.
  • Review the final payment information.
  • Authorize and complete the payment.
  • Wait for confirmation that the payment has been successfully received or verified.
  • Access the purchased learning plan after activation.

A purchase is not considered successfully paid merely because a customer initiates a payment.

Payment must be successfully received or confirmed through the applicable payment channel.

4. Payment Confirmation and Service Activation

After Haohin receives or verifies a successful payment, access to the purchased learning plan will be activated for the relevant Haohin account.

Activation may be automatic or may require payment verification depending on the payment method.

For bank transfers, additional processing time may be required to identify and verify the payment.

For PayPal transactions, activation may depend on receiving a successful payment confirmation from PayPal.

If a customer has successfully paid but the purchased plan has not been activated, the customer should contact Haohin for assistance.

Haohin may request reasonable proof of payment, such as a transaction reference, payment date, amount, or receipt.

5. Payment Information Review

Before confirming a purchase, customers should review all material transaction information, including:

  • Learning plan
  • Main features or access included
  • Access period
  • Price
  • Currency
  • Total amount payable
  • Payment method
  • Applicable refund conditions

Customers should not authorize payment unless the transaction information is correct.

If an obvious pricing or technical error appears during checkout, customers should contact Haohin before completing the transaction.

6. Failed, Pending, or Incomplete Payments

A transaction may be unsuccessful or delayed for reasons including:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect payment information
  • Bank rejection
  • PayPal rejection
  • Payment-provider security review
  • Incomplete bank transfer
  • Incorrect transfer amount or reference
  • Network or technical failure
  • Payment cancellation
  • Fraud-prevention measures

Haohin does not guarantee that every attempted transaction will be approved.

For payments processed by PayPal, PayPal may review or place holds on certain transactions under its own risk and security procedures.

Where payment has not been successfully confirmed, Haohin may delay activation until the payment status has been resolved.

7. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If a customer believes that they:

  • Paid the wrong amount;
  • Made the same payment more than once;
  • Paid for the wrong plan; or
  • Made a payment that Haohin cannot identify, the customer should contact Haohin as soon as reasonably possible.

Haohin may request transaction information or proof of payment to investigate the issue.

Verified duplicate payments or other eligible payment errors will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Payment Security

Haohin takes reasonable measures to protect information associated with transactions processed through its platform.

For bank transfers, customers complete the transaction through their own bank or banking application.

For PayPal payments, payment credentials and payment processing are handled through PayPal's systems.

Haohin does not require customers to disclose their banking password, PIN, OTP, or PayPal password to Haohin.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their payment accounts, devices, passwords, authentication credentials, and other security information.

Customers should immediately contact their bank, PayPal, and Haohin if they believe a payment account has been used without authorization.

Personal information associated with payments is handled in accordance with Haohin's Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Payment Providers

Haohin may rely on banks, PayPal, or other service providers to facilitate payments.

These providers operate independently and may apply their own:

  • Terms of service
  • Privacy policies
  • Security procedures
  • Transaction limits
  • Processing times
  • Exchange rates
  • Fees
  • Fraud-prevention procedures

Haohin does not control decisions made independently by a payment provider, such as transaction approval, account restrictions, security reviews, exchange rates, or payment-provider fees.

Nothing in this section limits Haohin's responsibility for matters that Haohin is legally required to address.

10. Taxes and Other Charges

Prices displayed by Haohin will be presented in accordance with applicable requirements.

Where taxes or other mandatory charges apply to a transaction, they will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Customers may also incur charges independently imposed by their bank, PayPal, card issuer, or other payment provider, including currency conversion or international transaction charges.

Such third-party charges are not controlled by Haohin.

11. Refunds

Payments are subject to Haohin's separate Refund Policy.

Eligibility for a refund depends on the circumstances of the transaction, the Refund Policy, and any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, Haohin may return the funds through the original payment method or another appropriate method where necessary and legally permitted.

For PayPal transactions, the amount ultimately received following a refund may be affected by currency conversion rules or exchange-rate movements where conversion is involved. PayPal publishes separate rules governing refunds and currency conversion.

Haohin does not guarantee the time required for a bank, PayPal, card issuer, or other financial institution to make refunded funds available after Haohin has successfully initiated the refund.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer believes a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, we encourage the customer to contact Haohin so that the matter can be investigated.

Customers may also have rights to dispute transactions through their bank, PayPal, card issuer, or other payment provider.

Customers must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or misleading payment disputes or chargebacks.

Haohin reserves the right to provide transaction records, account information, service activation records, and other relevant evidence to a payment provider where reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

A chargeback or payment reversal may result in suspension of access associated with the disputed payment while the matter is investigated, where permitted by applicable law.

13. No Automatic Renewal Unless Stated

A Haohin learning plan will not automatically renew unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed to the customer before purchase and expressly authorized by the customer.

Where a plan is sold as a one-time payment for a specified access period, Haohin will not automatically charge the customer again at the end of that period.

Any future subscription or recurring payment service will be subject to the terms disclosed to the customer before authorization.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Payment Policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights relating to online purchases, digital content, digital services, cancellation, refunds, or payment disputes.

For example, EU consumer law establishes specific pre-contract information and withdrawal rules for online services and digital content, including particular consent requirements where digital content is supplied immediately.

Where mandatory consumer protection law provides greater rights than this Payment Policy, the mandatory law will prevail.

15. Changes to This Payment Policy

Haohin may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Available payment methods
  • Payment providers
  • Business operations
  • Technical systems
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

The latest version will be published on Haohin with the updated effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the payment terms of a completed transaction where doing so would violate applicable law.
